We have relocated from overseas and were looking for a new home - The Oaks development took our fancy as it is small, quiet and backs on to Cann Wood and looks over across to Dartmoor.

Julian Long made the whole process so easy with his vast knowledge and guidance. Ably assisted by Anita Loughrey we have now moved in. Whilst most of our snags have been attended to promptly and repaired, we cannot be more happier with our purchase and are so enjoying our new home.

Everyone including the Tilia Homes Customer Services Team has been very helpful and friendly.
