Sales Administrator

We have a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator based at our office in Bury St Edmunds on a permanent basis.

 Duties include;

• Working with the Sales department, being a key point of contact for any admin related issues.
• Update weekly price lists and systems as and when new or re-releases happen
• Ensure reservation admin systems are updated on a regular basis
• Manage reservation documents and issue out to different teams
• Participate in weekly build sales meeting and taking details of completion dates to issue out to wider sales team
• Ordering monthly house completion items and organise collection by the sale team
• Support the finance team with sales invoice queries, purchase card receipts or BACS payments to customers
• Support other departments within the company and be the point of contact
• Submit monthly report to the customer care manager for all reservations, exchanges, completions, and cancellations that month
