About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Administrator to join our Northern team working within our Northern region and based at our office in Warrington. 

This is a 12-month fixed term vacancy, and PT working 12 - 15 hours per week Monday - Friday.

 The purpose of the role will include.

  • Filing documents and Appointments with Companies House
  • Organising Board Minutes & records
  • General administration within the office;
  • Supporting the PA with office admin;
  • Ad hoc tasks to support PA and regional directors;
  • Supporting with holiday cover for the PA.
  • Processing incoming/outgoing post;
  • Managing the reception area - answering and directing calls;
  • Maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors/staff;
  • Keeping phone lists up to date and distributing to Region;
  • Booking the meeting room for staff and visitors;
  • Book catering for meetings.
  • Supporting with admin requirements and cover for each function.

About You

  • Good customer service skills - telephone manner;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Basic IT knowledge required;
