Philip Chapman

Chief Operating Officer

Philip Chapman is an experienced and highly regarded leader in property and construction, with a proven career spanning 30 years.

Philip has worked across a number of blue chip residential and mixed tenure companies on the FTSE 250, including holding Managing Director, Divisional Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer positions at Taylor Wimpey, Linden Homes and Countryside Properties respectively.

As well as being a strong leader of people and teams, Philip has a recognised commercial, merger and acquisitions, and land background, sitting on – and chairing – boards and investment committees.

Justine Yeomans

HR Director

Justine Yeomans is Tilia Homes’ HR Director and is committed to leading the company’s people agenda to become an employer of choice. With more than 30 years’ HR experience spanning the financial services, manufacturing, food retail and construction sectors, Justine has also held a number of leadership roles in FTSE listed companies and household brands, such as Tesco, Morrisons and Kier. Justine is passionate about the development of our people and making Tilia Homes the best place it can be for its team to work and progress their careers.

Danny Wilson

Company Secretary & Legal Director

Having joined Tilia Homes in May 2021, Danny oversees all the business’ legal and compliance enquiries, as well as carrying out the company secretarial function.

He has trained and qualified at leading city law firms prior to starting at Tilia Homes and has held multiple roles in the residential property sector, including seven years at Places for People, one of the largest housing associations in the UK.
