Highly recommend the experience at Furlong Heath

Ellie the salesperson for Furlong Heath warmly greeted us when enquiring about a property within the area. As first time buyers, she explained and showed us various properties that were under the shared ownership scheme to get us on to the property ladder. She was very knowledgable about the process and was easily contactable if we needed to speak to her, while also keeping us in the loop with the development of our property. She was also quick to help where we could arrange dates to get access to the property if required, such as allowing someone into the property to measure windows for curtains or blinds, and to measure some room space for fitted wardrobes etc. Regarding the home buying process, I think it went as smooth as it possibly could have.

We have now been in the property for nearly 3 weeks and we are very happy with the overall quality of the craftsmanship of the developers and builders. We had a few very minor snags which was predominantly cosmetic such as a knock or slight mark on the walls that was missed after their snagging and would be expected from any new build property. However, Ellie and Adrian were very quick to organise someone from each group of the workforce on site to rectify any issues.

Overall, we are extremely happy with our new property at Furlong Heath and would highly recommend them.
