Curtains close at contemporary Urban Quarter
Tilia Homes Western has today announced the exciting news that the final home has now sold at its contemporary development, Urban Quarter close to Hengrove Park, Bristol.
Inspired by its city location, the collection of over 200 homes in a range of one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as bespoke two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, proved popular with buyers at every stage of the property ladders thanks to the range of styles and sizes of homes.
First-time buyers, families and downsizers alike were impressed with the quality of the new-build properties, which promote energy efficiency, as well as being cheaper to run than older houses, while meeting the needs of modern living.
Emma Cotterill, Sales & Marketing Director for Tilia Homes Western, comments: “Urban Quarter has been a flagship development for our team, and we’re proud of the homes and community we’re leaving behind for residents to enjoy.
“Like all Tilia Homes’ developments, Urban Quarter was carefully selected thanks to its proximity to excellent amenities and facilities, as well as convenient transport links, which made it ideal for commuters working in the heart of the city.”
While the doors have officially closed at Urban Quarter, Tilia Homes has a selection of homes at a range of other developments across the South West, including those at Snowdon Grange, in Chard, Teign View in Kingsteignton, Cashmere Park in South Molton, Knights Meadow in Templecombe and Brook Manor in Alphington.
“I’d recommend anyone interested in our homes to head to the relevant development and location pages on our brand-new website to find out more on the range of homes available and the flexible financial support initiatives we have to help all buyers,” adds Emma.
