Max recognised for his pride in the job for 8th consecutive year

Tilia Homes site manager Max Perrin has received a prestigious Pride in the Job award from the National Home Building Council (NHBC), for our Oakthorpe development.

This is the eighth year running that Max has been recognised for the highest standards in site management, technical knowledge and build quality.

For more than four decades, the Pride in the Job Awards have been at the heart of the industry’s drive to build confidence in the quality of new homes. They are one of the highest accolades a site manager can receive and the competition gets tougher every year.

Max will now go through to the next stage of the competition, the Seal of Excellence, where he is hoping to pick up the award for the second year running.

Mike Coker, Chief Operations Officer of Tilia Homes, comments: “Winning this award is an endorsement of Max’s incredible dedication, passion, commitment and leadership. At Tilia Homes, we always strive to deliver the highest possible standards for our customers in design, build quality and service and I’d like to congratulate Max and all the team at Oakthorpe on this fantastic achievement.”
