New showhomes open their doors at Landimore Park

The Grantham and Willington showhomes were officially opened to the public with a VIP ribbon cutting ceremony offering potential housebuyers the first opportunity to see the quality, design and finish of the homes on the new development.

Tilia Homes also made a £200 donation to the Mayor’s chosen charity, Northamptonshire Domestic Abuse Service (NDAS), which is dedicated to helping and supporting local victims of domestic abuse.

Landimore Park is a brand-new community which will transform a 111-acre site on the outskirts of Northampton into a thriving new development of 700 homes, nearly six and half acres of public open space, a new school and local facilities.

The Tilia development, known as The Knoll @ Landimore Park, is a collection of three, four and five bedroom homes, contemporary in design and set around attractively landscaped open space.

The Grantham and Willington show homes were styled by interior designers Edward Thomas. Both have been designed for modern family living with plenty of space for entertaining, home working and relaxing. One features a bold grey and mustard design with colour block painting and panelling, metallic and black frame furniture, and statement wallpaper. The other has an elegant décor based around navy blue, blush pink and oyster with a splash of gold for added glamour.

Lizzie Burda, regional sales and marketing director at Tilia Homes Central, comments: “We were delighted to welcome Councillor Rufia Ashraf to officially open the doors of our new showhomes. The Knoll is our second phase at Landimore Park and follows the success of The Willows which was launched last summer.

“Interest in homes at Landimore Park has been high, with buyers keen to be part of a brand-new community in a prime location with a whole host of amenities on the doorstep. We’d urge interested buyers to make an appointment to view the showhome and see for themselves the quality of the homes and the lifestyle on offer here.”

Striking the perfect balance between town and country, Hardingstone is located just three miles from Northampton whilst offering a village setting with a good range of shops, supermarkets and independent businesses on the doorstep. Landimore Park is situated just over two miles from the M1 motorway, offering direct routes north to south, and Northampton train station provides direct services into Birmingham and London Euston.

Landimore Park is situated within minutes of a selection of local schools, including the outstanding Preston Hedge’s Primary School, which is a short two-minute drive away. For secondary education, there are three high schools and sixth forms within 10 minutes of the development, and Northampton College is a short journey into the town centre.
