Tilia Homes opens the doors at new Hardingstone development

Tilia Homes has officially launched its Landimore Park development in Hardingstone and opened the doors to two beautifully-designed showhomes.

Located on the outskirts of Northampton in the quaint parish of Hardingstone, Landimore Park is a stunning development of two, three and four bedroom homes, offering the perfect location for modern family life. The properties have been sympathetically designed to complement the local vernacular and are set around pockets of attractively landscaped green open spaces, to form the beginning of a desirable new community.

The first phase of the development, The Willows @ Landimore Park launched to members of the public on Saturday 14 August, with a VIP event taking place a couple of days before, where Northampton Mayor, Cllr Rufia Ashraf, helped Tilia Homes cut the ribbon to officially open the development. The public launch event saw over 100 people visit the development in search of their dream new home.

The homes at The Willows are already proving to be highly sought after, with 10 properties reserved by keen house hunters even before the development launched. Now, home buyers have the opportunity to view the two thoughtfully-designed showhomes, designed by Edward Thomas Interiors. The three-bedroom Derwent and four-bedroom Arlington showcase the best of Landimore Park, offering visitors insight into how the homes could work for them, and their suitability for modern family lifestyle.

Lizzie Burda, regional sales and marketing director at Tilia Homes Central, comments: “We’re delighted to have launched our flagship Landimore Park development in Hardingstone, offering house buyers stunning homes in an ideal location – with excellent road and rail links, and a high level of local education. As well as new homes and stunning areas of green open space and walking routes, the wider development will include a sports pitch, a new primary school, medical centre and pharmacy, leisure facilities, as well as office and retail space – creating a new community within Hardingstone.

“The launch weekend was so successful, and we have been delighted by the number of visitors over the weekend, and we don’t see this interest in the development showing any sign of abating. Therefore, we’d encourage any prospective house hunters to book an appointment to visit the development and view our lovely showhomes – so not to miss out on their dream home.”

Striking the perfect balance between town and country, Hardingstone is located just three miles from the county town of Northampton whilst oozing village charm. Not lacking in its own amenities, Hardingstone high street is abundant in shops and supermarkets, with a number of local, independent businesses too – only adding to the village’s strong sense of community.

Perfectly placed for access to travel links, Landimore Park is situated just over two miles from the M1 motorway, offering a continuous route from north to south and connecting with other major motorways. While the local train station in Northampton offers direct services to Birmingham and London Euston.

Landimore Park is situated within minutes of a fantastic selection of local schools, including the outstanding Preston Hedge’s Primary School, which is a short two-minute drive away. For secondary education, there are three high schools and sixth forms within 10 minutes of the development, and Northampton College is a short journey into the town centre.
