Tilia Homes Western welcomed some very special guests to help unveil the brand-new show home at its Cashmere Park development recently
Pupils from South Molton United C of E primary school joined other members of the Devonshire community and Tilia Homes senior management team, to celebrate the latest milestone at the 129-home development.
Among the guests was a VIP and competition winner, Isaac Jimenez. Isaac won the Tilia Homes ‘design a show home bedroom’ competition to help inspire the décor in the four-bedroom Cliveden show home. This was the first opportunity for Isaac to see his drawing and design come to life.
Speaking about his space-inspired bedroom, Isaac said: “This is excellent, I love it!”
Emma Cotterill, Sales and Marketing Director, comments: “It was our pleasure to welcome Isaac and pupils from South Molton United C of E Primary School for the special show home unveiling at Cashmere Park.
“This sense of community coming together and working together to meet the growing demand for housing is the true sense of what we aim for at Tilia Homes and it makes me proud to see all our teams’ hard work come to fruition.
“What’s more we understand how proud people are to call Cashmere Park home, which is why the design of our home draws inspiration from the local landscape and community with design elements incorporated into the design and materials of the properties.”
Cashmere Park will feature a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, boasts green open space, as well as a 20 per cent affordable housing provision including shared equity tenures, to suit buyers at every stage of the property ladder.
As a community-focused homebuilder, Tilia Homes has pledged more than £800,000 in contributions towards public open spaces, education provisions, public transport contributions and traffic regulations.
The development is already proving popular with buyers in the area, having sold several homes already. Buyers are citing the sought-after location, excellent deals and high-quality homes as just a number of reasons that have sealed the deal in making the move to Cashmere Park.
The unveiling of the four-bedroom Cliveden will give prospective buyers an opportunity to see what life could be like living at the beautiful development. The home boasts spacious bedrooms, with a spacious kitchen/dining area and a separate living room with double doors leading out to the garden, a utility and study complete the ground floor. Upstairs, meanwhile, there is a main bedroom featuring an en suite, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
“We understand that we’re building more than just properties in South Molton, but a real community where people can make memories and start the next chapter of their lives, which is why we place a great emphasis on investing in the areas in which we build and we look forward to seeing people start the next chapter of their lives at Cashmere Park over the coming months,” Emma adds.
