When Olivia and her partner Stuart were looking for their first property together in Newcastle-under-Lyme, the couple absolutely fell in love The Paddocks.

The family of four used Help to Buy to get their foot on the property ladder and brought the property off-plan to secure their dream home. After reserving, they visited the development each week to watch the property grow and plan their new life at The Paddocks.

Olivia comments: “We always knew we wanted to buy a new-build property, but the size and quality of Tilia Homes was so much better than the other local developments we had previously seen. We were originally renting a terrace house but now we’re in a large four-bed detached house, with spacious bedrooms and a big kitchen, it’s fantastic.”

The family completed on the property in December and we’re able to enjoy their first Christmas together in their new home. Despite buying off-plan without seeing the property first, the couple have no regrets.

“Buying off-plan can be a little daunting, but Dave and Jackie on site made our experience extremely easy as they supported us the whole way through our journey. We felt nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to help and answer all our questions.

“Now that we are in and settled, we couldn’t be happier. Our home has so much potential, and we love how big our garden is, it’s a perfect haven for the kids to play in. We are so happy we made the decision to move to The Paddocks, we recommend it to everyone.”
