Who can apply for a 100% mortgage?
- Each applicant must be a first-time buyer
- Must demonstrate a track record of paying rent and all household expenditure (e.g. gas, electric, council tax, water rates etc) for a minimum period of 12 months consecutively within the last 18 months
- Household to household criteria applies
- Maximum loan is £600,000
- Each applicant must not have missed any payments on any credit commitments (e.g. credit cards) in the last 6 months
- New-build apartments are not available to buy using this mortgage
