Select Your Home

Browse our website to discover new build developments in your preferred location. Find the home that perfectly matches your needs and contact our sales team to schedule an appointment. Don't forget to mention that you’re interested in the Smooth Move scheme.

Arrange your valuations

We’ll arrange valuations of your current property with reputable local estate agents at your preferred times. Our goal is to schedule a sale within four weeks, so you can move into your new home as quickly as possible. Once you approve a valuation, we’ll instruct the agent to begin marketing your property.

Sell your current home

We’ll work with the estate agent to sell your home swiftly, and for the best possible price. If the sale doesn’t occur within four weeks, we’ll either extend the marketing period at a reduced price (agreed by you) or refund your holding fee.

Reserve your new Tilia home

After agreeing to a sale, you can proceed with purchasing your new build home and pay the standard reservation fee.
